How do you ensure plants arrive safely during shipping?

We use specialized eco-friendly packaging designed to keep the root ball secure and the foliage protected. Each plant is hydrated before transit and shipped via climate-controlled logistics to minimize stress.

What is your return policy for live plants?

We offer a 30-day 'Green Thumb' guarantee. If your plant arrives damaged or dies within 30 days of delivery, simply send us a photo and we will provide a replacement or a full refund.

Do the plants come with pots included?

All our plants come in standard nursery grow pots. However, you can choose to upgrade to one of our signature ceramic or terracotta decorative planters at checkout.

How do I know which plant is right for my home's lighting?

Each product page includes a detailed lighting guide. Generally, succulents need direct sun, while Monstera and Pothos thrive in bright, indirect light. For low-light spaces, we recommend our ZZ plants or Snake plants.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only ship within the continental United States to ensure our plants spend the shortest time possible in transit and arrive in peak condition.
