At Plantyra, we want your home to flourish with our greenery; if your selection isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. We ensure a seamless process to help you find the right botanical companion for your space.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original nursery pots and packaging to ensure the plants and accessories remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return box, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our greenhouse team inspects the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
